ProSkin Clinic and Health UK are always seeking to appoint Executive Skin Clinicians to join our fast growing, professional team.

Full Time (37.5 hrs) – Competitive Salary

As we enter our next phase of growth, we are looking for full-time Skin Clinicians or Aesthetic Nurses who are ready to step into a premium, career-defining role within a team that values excellence, progression, and results.

The Opportunity

This is a full-time, employed position within our newly refurbished, luxury clinic environment.

You will be responsible for delivering advanced, results-driven treatments, building long-term client relationships, and contributing to a clinic culture built on high standards, accountability, and continuous growth.

Your Responsibilities

  • Deliver advanced treatments including:
  • Microneedling
  • Chemical peels
  • Laser hair removal
  • Tattoo Removal
  • Skin lesion removals (as qualified)
  • Carry out in-depth consultations and create bespoke, results-led treatment plans
  • Build long-term client relationships focused on trust, retention, and results
  • Provide expert aftercare and ongoing client support
  • Maintain exceptional clinical standards, hygiene, and safety protocols
  • Confidently recommend treatment courses and homecare products
  • Manage appointments, notes, and client communication to a high standard
  • Contribute to clinic marketing, including filming content and supporting campaigns
  • Play an active role in maintaining a positive, high-performance team culture

Qualifications & Experience

Preferred:

  • VTCT Level 4 in Skin / Laser
  • Registered Nurse (RGN) with aesthetics or skin experience

Considered:

  • VTCT Level 3 Beauty Therapy with strong experience, attitude, and commitment to progression

Required:

  • Minimum 2 years clinic or salon experience
  • Strong understanding of skin health and client care

    Key Responsibilities:

    Clinical Excellence & Client Care:

    • Deliver advanced treatments, including microneedling, chemical peels, laser hair removal, and skin lesion removals (based on qualifications)

    • Carry out in-depth consultations, design and confidently retail bespoke treatment plans tailored to client needs

    • Explore and discover client concerns and needs, making appropriate treatment and home care recommendations

    • Provide outstanding pre and post care advice to ensure visible, lasting results

    • Carry out treatments to the highest standard, ensuring treatment times and protocols are adhered to without exception

    • Actively build and retain repeat clientele, manage and strengthen relationships over time

    • Set and actively work towards achieving personal goals and revenue targets

    • Take initiative to increase client retention and utilisation through personalised, proactive care

    Hygiene, Cleanliness & Clinical Environment:

     

    • Maintain exceptional levels of cleanliness, sanitation, and visual presentation at all times

    • Ensure the clinic, treatment rooms, and all equipment are always clean, sanitised, and guest-ready

    • Complete daily cleaning checklists and follow all local regulations and clinic standards for infection control and hygiene

    • Take ownership of restocking treatment suites, maintaining inventories, and preparing spaces efficiently

    • Support clinic cleanliness at all times, even when a cleaner or assistant is present

    Admin, Communication & Organisation:

     

    • Answer phone calls, manage emails and messages, handle client enquiries professionally and warmly

    • Book, confirm, and coordinate appointments with accuracy and a client-first mindset

    • Provide accurate, clear, and timely communication across all touchpoints

    • Accurately complete and maintain treatment records, client notes, and relevant documentation

    • Assist with front-of-house admin and contribute to the seamless daily running of the clinic, including opening and closing duties

    • Attend and participate in team meetings, training, and performance reviews

    Sales, Confidence & Client Journey

    • Be confident recommending treatment plans, homecare, retail products, and courses in a way that supports client outcomes

    • Use professional knowledge and rapport-building to naturally guide clients toward the most effective solutions

    • Achieve agreed-upon outcomes and revenue goals within deadlines

    • Maintain a confident, calm, and professional sales approach without pressure or hard selling

    Marketing, Campaigns & Brand Representation

    • Participate in marketing activities including filming Reels, educational content, and campaign promotions

    • Collect before/after images, reviews, and client feedback for marketing and content use

    • Actively contribute ideas for seasonal offers, promotions, and marketing initiatives

    • Take part in all events, special campaigns, and in-house promotions with professionalism and enthusiasm

    • Represent the clinic positively at all times, including outside work and on personal social media platforms

    Teamwork, Conduct & Professional Standards

    • Interact cooperatively with all team members to ensure a seamless client experience

    • Present yourself with warmth, confidence, and professionalism toward clients and colleagues

    • Adhere to high professional appearance and behavioural standards, including uniform, grooming, language, and lifestyle

    • Attend all in-house training and commit to external CPD to grow and maintain skills

    • Be open to coaching, roleplay, and continuous improvement to develop and refine expertise
