ProSkin Clinic & Health UK Booking Terms and Conditions
1. Booking Confirmation and Payment Policy
Upon booking an appointment at ProSkin Clinic & Health UK, your credit card details and a deposit will be required to secure your reservation. We reserve the right to pre-authorise your card or request payment in full under certain circumstances before confirming your booking.
2. Cancellation and Late Arrival Policy
To provide optimal service and availability to all clients, we adhere to the following cancellation policy:
- Cancellations within 24 hours of your appointment: You will be charged 100% of the total appointment cost.
- Cancellations between 24 and 48 hours before your appointment: You will be charged 50% of the total appointment cost.
We understand that unforeseen circumstances can arise. If you need to cancel or reschedule, please contact us as soon as possible to minimise any charges.
At Proskin Clinic & Health UK, we strive to provide the best possible care and service to all of our clients. To ensure fairness and maintain the quality of treatments for all clients, we have implemented the following Late Arrivals Policy:
- Arriving Late to Your Appointment: If you arrive late to your scheduled appointment, we reserve the right to reduce the overall treatment time. This allows us to stay on schedule and accommodate other clients without disruption. Your treatment will still be charged at the full rate, even if the duration is shortened.
- Treatment Refusal: If you arrive more than 15 minutes late, we may be unable to provide your treatment and reserve the right to refuse service. In such cases, a 100% charge will still apply as we have allocated time and resources for your appointment.
- Respecting Our Schedule: To ensure that all clients receive the full benefit of their scheduled treatment, we kindly request that you arrive on time. This helps us deliver consistent service and maintain the high standard of care you expect from us.
3. No-Show Policy
If you fail to attend your appointment without notifying us, the full cost of the appointment will be charged to your credit card. Repeated no-shows may result in removal from our online booking system and restriction from future bookings.
4. Appointment Reminders
We will send reminders via email or SMS 72 hours prior to your scheduled appointment. We encourage you to confirm or reschedule your appointment promptly upon receiving the reminder to avoid unnecessary charges.
5. Modifications to Services
ProSkin Clinic & Health UK reserves the right to modify the terms of this booking policy at any time. Changes will not affect bookings already confirmed under an earlier version of these terms.
